Terms of Service

These terms apply to sankalyx.com and to the products of Sankalyx Technology ("Sankalyx", "we", "us"), including Sankalyx Agency OS and Samiti. By using them you agree to these terms. If you use them for a business, you accept them for that business.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done from your account and for the people you invite to it.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, or the rules of any platform you connect (for example Google Ads, Meta or TikTok policies).
• Do not send spam, upload harmful code, or try to reach data that is not yours.
• Do not resell or copy the products without our written permission.

Your content and connected accounts

You own the content and data you put into our products. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. When you connect an advertising or social media account, you confirm you are allowed to manage it, and you remain responsible for its campaigns, budgets and spend. We act on your instructions and do not change spend without them.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed in writing or on the order page. Fees are not refundable except where the law or our written agreement says otherwise. Advertising spend is paid to the platforms directly and is separate from our fees.

Availability

We work to keep the products running and your data backed up, but we do not promise they will be free of interruptions or errors. We may change or end features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you pay for.

Liability

The products are provided "as is" as far as the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or results of advertising campaigns. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the products at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. After an account closes you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
