This policy explains how Sankalyx Technology ("Sankalyx", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit sankalyx.com or use our products, including Sankalyx Agency OS (app.sankalyx.com) and Samiti (samiti.sankalyx.com).
What we collect
- Contact and demo forms: your name, business name, email, phone number, website and your message.
- Accounts in our products: your name, email, role and the work you and your team enter (clients, content, tasks, reports).
- Connected platforms: when you connect an advertising or social media account (for example Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or Telegram), we receive the data that platform shares under the permissions you grant, such as account names, campaigns, posts and performance numbers.
- Technical data: server logs with IP address, browser type and time of request, kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- To provide, secure and support our products.
- To manage advertising and social media accounts on your instruction, and to show you reports about them.
- To send service emails, such as sign-in links, reports you asked for and important changes.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Google user data
When you connect a Google account, we use Google user data only to provide the features you use in our products, such as managing campaigns and showing reports. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer this data to others except to provide the service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger with notice to you, and we do not use it to train general AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our products for us: hosting and network (Cloudflare and our server providers), email delivery, and the platforms you connect. Each receives only what it needs. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
Cookies
sankalyx.com sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our products use a cookie only to keep you signed in.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Product data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days after it is closed, except where the law requires us to keep records longer. Backups roll over within 30 days.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS. Access tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted, and access is limited to the people who need it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw a permission you gave. You can disconnect a Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Write to hello@sankalyx.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
Our products are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and tell account holders by email about important changes.
